: APA ethical standards were followed in the conduct of the study. The study was conducted in accordance with the Ethical Guidelines of the German Association of Psychologists (DGPs). It was approved by the Ethics Committee of Bielefeld University (No. 2024–122).
: When starting the web-based learning environment, all participants received detailed information about the study’s purpose and procedures via a consent form. They were also informed that participation was voluntary, that they could withdraw at any time, and that no personally identifiable information was collected. A total of 50 eligible participants provided informed consent by selecting the “I agree” option. This consent covered participation and the use of collected data for academic and research purposes.
