Ethical Approval: Ethical approval for this study was granted by the National University of Singapore Institutional Review Board (NUS-IRB-2023-897, approved 05 Feb 2024). All research was conducted in accordance with the relevant ethical standards of the institutional IRB, including adherence to the Declaration of Helsinki. A global and reputable survey company, authorised to conduct online panel studies in the United States, was engaged to ensure compliance to any other relevant national or institutional ethical standards in the United States where the research was based.

Informed Consent: Prior to the start of the survey, all participants reviewed an informed consent page where they were fully informed about the purpose of the study and the expected duration of participation. Participants were also reminded that their participation was completely voluntary and that they had the right to withdraw from the study at any time without any penalty or negative consequences. They were also assured that their identities and responses would remain anonymous and confidential throughout the research process. Questionnaires were distributed online between 20 June and 24 July 2024.
