Ethical approval: Ethical clearance for this investigation was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Jiangsu University (School of Finance and Economics) and the relevant employee bodies of the organization(s) involved on March 05, 2024. The clearance was under reference number JU-ECSFE-2024-04. Additionally, this research was carried out in accordance with the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and the Code of Conduct of the American Psychological Association and the principles set out in the Declaration of Helsinki.

Informed consent: Written informed consent was sought and obtained from all the participants on the 05th of March 2024. Participants were provided with full information on the purpose, procedures, potential benefits and harm, confidentiality, and the right to stop participation at any time without any penalty. No vulnerable groups and no money were involved in the study.
