Ethics approval and consent to participate: The research was conducted as an anonymous, non-interventional online questionnaire survey involving adult respondents and in accordance with the ethical standards of work with human research participants set out in the Directive of the Dean of Comenius University Bratislava, Faculty of Management, Slovakia, No. 3/2023, as well as the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The submitted research documentation was assessed by the Ethics Council of the Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava, which declared that the research was in compliance with ethical standards of work with human research participants under registration no. 2026-KMAN-0005. Prior to participation, respondents were informed about the purpose of the research, the approximate completion time, the anonymous and confidential treatment of their responses, and their use solely for research purposes.

Informed consent: Informed consent was obtained from all participants through their voluntary completion and submission of the online questionnaire. No minors or vulnerable participants were involved.
