Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Herzen State Pedagogical University (Approval No. 523, dated 08/07/2023). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants (or their legal guardians, where applicable) prior to their inclusion in the study.

Informed consent: All participants were fully informed about the objectives, procedures, and voluntary nature of the study. They received written information outlining their rights, including the right to withdraw at any time without penalty. Informed, written consent was obtained from all individuals prior to participation. Anonymity and confidentiality of data were assured. Before invitations were distributed, the participating institutions provided the necessary administrative permissions and authorisations for data collection. All data were collected in accordance with the institutions’ relevant policies and procedures.
