: The ethical issues were seriously taken into account during the research process with the purpose of maintaining integrity and ensuing compliance with Ethics Committee requirements at King Khalid University. In the present research, all of the participants’ information were anonymous.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants. To reduce any potential concerns, the initial email sent to the accessed company to forward it to prospective interviewees clearly mentioned the purpose of the research and asked receivers to read the plain language statement along with the consent form. Additionally, the email also included a confidentiality statement. The email also stated that the interviewees’ information would remain confidential and used solely for the purposes of the study. All participants were asked whether they consented voluntarily to be a participant in this study. They were told they could refuse to answer any question and could withdraw from the study at any time, without needing to justify their decision and without prejudice. From the received document analysis, it was impossible to determine how each individual (employee) has participated as the commenters’ names and information are completely anonymous, including their job titles.
