ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE

: This study was approved by the Bioethics Committee of the Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems, Russian Academy of Sciences (protocol no. 11/2024 dated June 28, 2024). All studies were conducted in strict accordance with Russian and international legal acts on conducting experiments using laboratory animals: Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation no. 267 “On Approval of the Rules of Laboratory Practice” dated June 19, 2003, and “Rules for Conducting Work Using Experimental Animals,” approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR no. 742 dated November 13, 1984, “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Work Using Experimental Animals” and no. 48 dated January 23, 1985, “On Control over the Conduct of Work Using Experimental Animals.”
