: Ethics approval and consent to participate. The study was approved by the Bioethics Committee of the V. P. Serbsky National Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Narcology (protocol no. 4 of 16.11.2022). Animal experiments complied with the requirements of Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes (22.09.2010), as well as the provisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council Decision no. 81 of 3.11.2016 “On approval of Rules of good laboratory practice of the Eurasian Economic Union in the sphere of circulation of medicines” and GOST 33215-2014. All proposed requirements, including the use of a minimum necessary number of animals, are met.
