: Experiments with rats were conducted in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the provisions of the European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and Other Scientific Purposes (Strasbourg, March 18, 1986). The provisions of the Guidelines on the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (Washington, D.C., 2011) and other norms of international law governing the maintenance and use of laboratory animals from the point of view of humane treatment of animals and their rational use were strictly observed. The experimental protocol of the study was approved by the Bioethics Commission of the Chazov National Medical Research Center of Cardiology, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (registration number of the meeting protocol no. LEPS/18.07.23 dated July 18, 2023).
