ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: All applicable international, national, and/or institutional principles of animal care and use were followed. Experiments involving laboratory animals were conducted in compliance with the regulations for animal treatment specified by the European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrates Used for Research and Scientific Purposes, as well as the principles outlined in the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments. The modeling of ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion was conducted at the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (Minsk), in accordance with the approved protocol of the Institute's Ethics Commission (Protocol no. 1, dated January 31, 2019, approval code E7/04/2023).
