COMPLIANCE WITH ETHICAL STANDARDS
: All experimental procedures were carried out in strict compliance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and Directive 2010/63/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes, as well as the rules formulated in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and the Animal Housing Manual issued by the Institute of Experimental Medicine at Almazov National Medical Research Centre. The experimental design was approved by the Bioethics Committee of the Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry (Minutes 12/1 of December 24, 2020).
