: The experiments were conducted in strict compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the provisions of the “European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and Other Scientific Purposes” (Strasbourg, 18. III. 1986), the provisions of the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (Washington, DC, 2011) and other norms of international law regulating the maintenance and use of laboratory animals in terms of humane treatment of animals and their rational use. The study protocol was approved by the Bioethics Commission of FSBI “E.I. Chazov National Medical Research Center of Cardiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Protocol of Meeting no. 2, dated March 20, 2023).
