ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: The animal experiments in this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Hospital of Shijiazhuang (Ethical Review no. 034, approval date: October 16, 2024). The committee conducted a comprehensive ethical review of the animal handling methods and sampling procedures, confirming that the study adhered to the principles of animal welfare and minimized animal discomfort. Approval was granted to proceed with the experiment.
