: Statement of compliance with standards of research involving humans as subjects . All investigations were conducted in the correspondence with the principles of biomedical ethics contained in the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent revisions and approved by the Biological Committee, of the Saint-Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University (Saint-Petersburg). All participants of this study gave their voluntary informed consent in writing signed by each participant after informing them about potential risks and advantages, as well as about the character of the forthcoming study.
