: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments and were approved by the local Ethics Committee at the Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery (Moscow), where the study was carried out. Because the patients were unconscious, their relatives gave their written informed consent for the study after being informed about the potential risks and benefits and the study nature.
