ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: All studies were conducted in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. They were also approved by the Ethical Committee of Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg). The research was carried out on the basis of the Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences as well as kindergartens and schools of St. Petersburg.Each study participant gave voluntary written informed consent after receiving clarification about the potential risks and benefits, as well as the nature of the upcoming study. For minor subjects, consent was given by parents (or guardians).
