ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: All studies were conducted in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics set out in the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments. They were also approved by the local Ethics Committee of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism (Kazan), protocol no. 2 dated May 26, 2023.Each study participant gave voluntary written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the potential risks and benefits, as well as the nature of the upcoming study.
