: Compliance with ethical standards. All studies were conducted in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics set out in the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments. They were also approved by the Ethics Committee of the Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg), protocol No. 02-04 dated April 17, 2024.Informed consent. Each parent of a study participant gave voluntary written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the potential risks and benefits, as well as the nature of the upcoming study. The study could be stopped at any time at the request of the teenager.
