ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: Work with animals and human biomaterial was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Ural Scientific and Practical Center for Radiation Medicine of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia and was carried out in compliance with international standards for the humane treatment of experimental animals in accordance with the European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and other Scientific Purposes (1986, Strasbourg) and Directive 2010/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of September 22, 2010.Umbilical cord blood was collected at the State Healthcare Institution, Regional Perinatal Center of Chelyabinsk after receiving voluntary informed consent from the donor.
