ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: The researchers followed the norms for the use of animals in experiments adopted at the Koltzov Institute of Developmental Biology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which are regulated by the Institutional Bioethics Committee and comply with international standards, in particular ASPA 1986 (Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, ). No approval of research ethics committees was required to accomplish the goals of this study because experimental work was conducted with an unregulated invertebrate species.
