ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: Tumor samples (glioblastomas) were obtained from patients during surgical interventions at the National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery named after Academician N.N. Burdenko, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Diagnosis was established based on histological analysis according to the World Health Organization brain tumor classification.
: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants comply with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research ethics committees, as well as the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards.
: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery named after N.N. Burdenko (protocol no. 176, dated August 29, 2019). Written informed consent for study participation was obtained from all patients.
: Tissue processing was conducted in the research laboratory after sample deidentification. No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors.
