ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: Tumor tissue samples from GBM patients were obtained during surgery. Diagnosis was established based on histological analysis in accordance with the brain tumor classification proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
: All procedures performed in studies involving humans complied with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the N.N. Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery, protocol no. 176 dated August 29, 2019.
: All patients provided written informed consent to participate in the study. Tissue processing was performed in the research laboratory after sample deidentification. No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors.
