: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants comply with the ethical standards set out in the Helsinki Declaration (1975, 2013).
: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuous Professional Education (RMANPO) of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Protocol no. 7 dated May 17, 2016). Patients gave informed written consent for the use of their blood serum for research purposes. No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors.
