: Ethical approval. All manipulations with animals were carried out in accordance with GOST 33216-2014 Guidelines for the maintenance and care of laboratory animals. Rules for keeping and caring for laboratory rodents and rabbits, as well as in accordance with international rules established by the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2010/63/EU of September 22, 2010 on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes. All procedures were approved by the Commission on Biomedical Ethics of the Zakusov Research Institute of Pharmacology (Protocol no. 3 dated February 18, 2021) and the Ethics Committee of Scientific Center of Neurology (Protocol no. 10-8/21 dated November 17, 2021).
