ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: The organization and conduct of work was carried out in accordance with the Directive of the Council of the European Community 2010/63/EEC, the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 3, 2016, No. 81 “On approval of the Rules of Good Laboratory Practice of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of circulation of medicines” and the order of the Ministry of Health Russia No. 199 dated April 1, 2016 “On approval of the rules of good laboratory practice”, as well as in accordance with the “Rules for working with animals” approved by the bioethical commission of the Zakusov Research Institute of Pharmacology. The experiments were approved by the Biomedical Ethics Commission (protocol No. 5 of October 14, 2020).
