ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: Ethical approval : All applicable international, national and institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed. The procedures with animals were carried out in accordance with the International European Bioethical Standards (EU Directive 2010/63/EU), Russian rules for working with laboratory animals (order No. 199N of April 1, 2016) and were permitted by the bioethics committee of the ICG SB RAS (protocol No. 19 of November 26, 2013). Pregnant female Wistar rats were kept in the vivarium of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics SB RAS individually in cages (40 cm × 25 cm × 15 cm) with free access to water and food, at a temperature of 22–24°C.
