ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: The studies were carried out in accordance with the Rules of Laboratory Practice in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the rules adopted by the European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and other Scientific Purposes (ETS 123, Strasburg, 1986), according to the approved written protocol, and with the Guidelines for Laboratory Animals and Alternative Models in Biomedical Research (N.N. Karkishchenko and S.V. Gracheva, Handbook of Laboratory Animals and Model Alternatives in Biomedical Research. Profile: Moscow, 2010). Our research is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Ethics Committee of the Russian Academy of Sciences on work with laboratory animals, in compliance with international recommendations for medical and biological research (CIOMS), according to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia “On approval of laboratory practice Rules (no. 708n dated August 23, 2019)” and other regulatory documents on this issue. On the topic of IBCP RAS 44.4, work was carried out using permitted laboratory animals (mice) on a permanent basis under the supervision of the Ethics Committee of the Institute of Biochemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. No animals/humans were used in the studies that formed the basis of this research.
