ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: The cultivation and capture of fish were carried out in accordance with all applicable international and national guidelines for the care and use of animals. The studies and experiments were approved by the Committee for the Evaluation of Materials developed by employees of the structural divisions of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Russian Federal Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO) and its supervised branches (Protocol no. 12 dated March 3, 2025).
