ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE

: Ethical approval was obtained from Ethical Committee of Jinnah International Hospital Abbottabad. Written consents were taken from all participating patients prior to enrollment and conductance of study. In case of participants with literacy barriers, visual disabilities, cognitive impairment and or physical limitations, verbal consent was taken after explaining the study purpose, procedure, risk and benefits in the participant’s native language. Verbal consent was taken in the presence of a witness such as a family member or health care provider to ensure transparency and ethical compliance.
