: <i>Statement of compliance with standards of research involving humans as subjects</i>. All procedures involving humans that were performed in the study comply with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research ethics committee and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent changes or comparable ethical standards. Permissions from each of the participants included in the study and informed voluntary consent are not required, since the patients underwent studies in terms of rendering medical care provided for by the Ministry of Health of Russia under the conditions of inpatient treatment.
