: The protocol for this study was evaluated by an ethics committee. In the case of T1DM individuals, the protocol received approval from the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of Cádiz (Reference: 04-abr-PI22-01718) and for MS participants the Andalusian Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (Reference: LFD-VIT-2018-01).
