: The protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Committee of Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine: 169(6–11)F2 078/079. Necessary authorizations from academic and administrative authorities, and permissions from principals and class teachers, of each school were obtained.In accordance with the ethics approval, all participants (pupils and teachers) were informed verbally of the nature and purpose of the study, and gave oral consent before enrolment.
