: The study was conducted to evaluate a pharmacist-led counselling service for potential future implementation within routine community pharmacy practice. The study received ethical approval from the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT, reference number 929017). All participants were informed about the study objectives, confidentiality procedures, and their right to withdraw at any stage without consequences. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. All data were anonymized and stored securely in compliance with institutional policies and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No financial incentives were provided to pharmacists or patients.
