Ethics approval and consent to participate: The protocol was approved in 2019 by David Tvildiani Medical University Ethics Committee (N6, 4.12.2019). Data collection was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, but completed in 2022/2023 under this approval. Because of the long delay, approval was re-affirmed in 2024 (N4, 23.02.2024). Necessary permissions were obtained from the Georgian Ministry of Education, and from academic and administrative authorities of each school. Consents were obtained from school principals and class teachers, and from all participating pupils. The ethics committee agreed that prior parental consent was not additionally required [ ].
