: The data was irreversibly anonymized. No experiments on patients were carried out. The physical integrity and the treatment of the patients were not affected by the data collection. All these measures were in accordance to the official “Professional code for physicians in Bavaria” (Berufsordnung für die Ärzte Bayerns). This was confirmed in writing by the Ethics Committee of the Bavarian Medical Association. A positive Ethical vote was given in advance of the study and the official project number at the Ethics Committee of the Bavarian Medical Association was 2022–1136. The committee gave approval to all measures mentioned in this paper. Oral consent to the telephone follow-up interviews was given by the patient or their guardian. A written consent for the retrospective and irreversibly anonymized data collection was not required by the Ethics Committee of the Bavarian Medical Association (Ethikkommission der Bayerischen Landesärztekammer).
