: In this case-vignette study, participants were asked to complete an online questionnaire featuring both closed- and open-ended questions about shoulder arthroplasty and related clinical scenarios. Prior to participation, individuals were informed about the objectives and aims of the study. Participation was entirely anonymous and voluntary, ensuring that no personal or sensitive data were collected or linked to the respondents. Only orthopaedic surgeons were included as participants; no patients were involved in this study. Furthermore, the study did not involve any interventions, treatments or collection of identifiable personal information, thereby posing minimal risk to participants. On the basis of these considerations, ethical committee approval was deemed unnecessary for this study.
