: The study was conducted with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the Shanghai Zhaxin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese & Western Medicine and in accordance with the guidelines for Good Clinical Practice and the Declaration of Helsinki. All animal experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee for Animal Experiments of The First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China [2021-N(A)-083] and performed in accordance with the guidelines for animal experiments in laboratories.
