: The human OS samples and adjacent normal tissues utilized in this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou (approval no. [2021]755). Informed consent was obtained from all participants and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. After receiving approval from the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Guangzhou LingFu TopBiotech (approval no. LFTOP-IACUC-2024–0035), we conducted animal experiments to evaluate the effect of CD155 knockdown on tumor growth in nude mice. Mice were injected with OS cells and monitored for tumor development. Tumor volumes were calculated and analyzed statistically. Tumor size was measured in two perpendicular dimensions (D1 and D2), tumor volume was calculated using the formula V = 4/3π[1/4(D1 + D2)]2. Animal experiments were carried out in strict compliance with the Basel Declaration.
