: After deliberation by the Ethics Committee of Tongji Hospital, the design and plan of this research fully considered the principles of safety and fairness. The research content fully considered the requirements of patient rights and ethics, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. There is no conflict of interest in the research content and results. The study was granted Tongji Hospital Ethics Committee on 26 March 2025, with the ethical number TJ-IRB202503075. After deliberation by the Tongji Hospital Ethics Committee of Experimental Animal Welfare to the animal protocol, all animal experimentation processes complied with the regulations of hospitals in China and Hubei province regarding the health and welfare of experimental animals and were in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science.
