: All the animal experiments were approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics and Ethics Committee of Xuzhou Medical University (approval no.: 202306T019; Date: 27 June 2023), operating in accordance with the ethical guidelines set by the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science (ICLAS). Nineteen paired CRC and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were collected from patients undergoing surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University (Xuzhou, China).
