The study was conducted with the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University (approval no. 20190214; date: 2/14/2019). Liver grafts were not sourced from executed prisoners or prisoners of conscience and autonomous consent free from coercion was obtained from donors or their next of kin. All animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, Anhui Medical University (approval no. LLSC20190022; date: 1/22/2019).
