: Human subject investigations received ethical clearance from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University Ethics Committee (Approval 2021-WZYSLLSC-29) on 29 December 2021, adhering to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and subsequent amendments.
