: The animal experimentation procedures in this study received official approval from Kunming Medical University’s Animal Ethics Committee (approval number: KMMUD20242028) and were rigorously implemented in compliance with internationally recognised standards governing animal research (date: 26 December 2024). All animal experimentation procedures were conducted in adherence to the guidelines established by the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science (ICLAS). Human platelets were obtained from healthy donors who contributed to the Yunnan Kunming Blood Center, which has been reviewed and approved by the Science and Technology Ethics Review Committee of Kunming Blood Center. All specimen collections were conducted with the consent of the donors. This study was carried out in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration, and obtained verbal informed consent from all the participants.
