: A blood sample was voluntarily donated by the original author at Quaid-i-Azam University Medical Centre. Approval was obtained from the ethics committee of Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. As the study involved only in vitro blood compatibility testing and not human participants or clinical investigations, no formal ethical approval was required. Nevertheless, the hemocompatibility assessment was carried out in accordance with the ISO/TR 10993-22:2017 guidelines for hemocompatibility testing and in compliance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from participants included in this study.
