: Haemolysis assay was performed using human blood after due approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee (005/07/2025/IEC/SMCH), Saveetha Medical College and Hospitals, Thandalam, Chennai, India. Informed consent was obtained from a Male volunteer, 21 years of age, to draw three mL of venous blood, and the experiments were conducted using the Declaration of Helsinki. To conduct zebrafish embryo studies, approval was obtained from the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC approval No. SU/CLAR/RD/19/2025), Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, SIMATS.
