Declarations
:
: The inclusion of infants with PWS was approved by the institutional Ethics Committee (EUDRACT: 2019-6002385-12) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent for participation and MRI acquisition was obtained from both parents of all the participating infants.Institutional Review Board approval was not required for the inclusion of control infants, as fully anonymized MRI data obtained during routine clinical care were retrospectively used. Parents were informed that these data could be used for research purposes and had the opportunity to decline their use.
