: This study was conducted following the ethical standards outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards. The research is classified as "no risk." Access to research instruments was restricted to investigators only, in compliance with Article 8 of Resolution 008430/1993 by the Colombian Ministry of Health. The study was carried out at the Hospital Universitario Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, Colombia, and received approval from the institution's research and ethics committee (Comité Corporativo De Ética En Investigación), under approval number CCEI-15338–2023. All patients admitted to the emergency department signed a generic consent form, providing their written informed consent for the use and publication of their medical records for academic and research purposes.
