: The study was approved by Mbarara University of Science and Technology Research and Ethics Committee (MUST-2021-176). A waiver of written informed consent was sought and granted by the REC, as the study was retrospective in nature, involved the use of pre-existing data from patient records, and the participants were not directly accessible for consent. The study posed minimal risk to participants, with no direct interaction or intervention. Administrative Clearance was sought from the Hospital Director MRRH for permission to carry out the study. Study specific serial numbers were used instead of the participants’ names and other identifiers such as file/record numbers on data capture tool.
