: Not applicable. This case report is based solely on observational data from routine clinical care and does not involve any interventional procedures or prospective experimentation. The report was conducted in accordance with the institutional ethics policy for non-interventional case reports at Vinmec Central Park International Hospital. Under current Vietnamese regulations and institutional guidelines, retrospective case reports without experimental intervention are exempt from formal Institutional Review Board (IRB) review.
