: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Kabul University of Medical Sciences Abu Ali Ibn-e-Sina and the Ethical Review Committee of the French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC). Permission for data collection was granted by Kabul University of Medical Sciences on January 7, 2025 (Approval No. 249), and by FMIC’s Ethical Review Committee on January 1, 2025 (Approval No. 23-FMIC-ER-25). Due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of anonymized patient data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by both ethics’ committees. To ensure confidentiality, each participant was assigned a unique identification number, which was used to link data while maintaining anonymity. All data were securely stored on password-protected devices, accessible only to the principal investigator.
